Horchata（音譯：歐恰達），亦會寫成Orchata，是用種植於西班牙瓦倫西亞的油莎草的塊莖(chufa)加上水、糖磨製而成的飲料，大多是冰飲，飲用時會將名為Fartons的長條麵包浸潤食用，簡單來說很像瓦倫西亞版的豆漿和油條吃法，但Horchata的味道比豆漿清爽、豆香更濃郁。

Horchata is a traditional, sweet, milky drink originating in Spain and Latin America that has become quite popular in Southern California, particularly with Mexican cuisine. Our homage to the traditionally non-alcoholic drink is a blonde ale brewed with a heavy dosing of rice, cinnamon and fresh vanilla beans along with lactose for a little extra creamy character. These ingredients meld together to create a taste and experience that hints at horchata, but it’s much more than that. The flavor is hard to describe, but for those who know it, you know you love it.
